how can i put more fruits and vegies in breakfast, lunch, and dinner?
Note: I use fruits in my breakfast "roughie" ---see the recipe in the breakfast archive. Maybe fruit for dessert at lunch. I often like one dish salads with some kind of chicken or fish on top. There are recipes for all these things in the archives. Dr. M

can I see a picture of what it is suppose to look like?
I really need it for my health final for school. Note: Sorry, I don't take any photos of what I cook. I can make things that taste good but I am not great on presentation. Maybe you could make the apples and take a photo yourself that would work. Dr. M
