Spicy Cantaloupe
POSTED: September 12, 2007

This week’s recipe to share is an easy dessert using the wonderful cantaloupe in season now. It takes almost no time and brings a little spice to the meal.

1 cantaloupe, chilled, the edible portion cut into bite size pieces with a knife, spoon or a melon baller
Chili powder
Salt to taste
Yogurt to drizzle - optional

Simply sprinkle the cantaloupe pieces with chili powder and salt to taste. Use the salt very sparingly. Drizzle with a little yogurt if you wish.

Makes 4 servings.
