Watermelons Are in Season!

Watermelons are back at your local farmers' market. There are red ones, yellow ones, small ones, big ones, seedless ones (pretty much), and ones with those big black seeds. Go to the archives for some excellent recipes using watermelon. There's gazpacho, salad, and a recipe for marinated salmon. Just type in "watermelon" in the search window.
