Here’s a quick and delicious update for a hummus recipe I posted earlier this year.
I upped the ground cumin and coriander to about a heaping 1/2 teaspoon each and also added a big handful of fresh cilantro, minced coarsely.
This was soooooo good with homemade pita chips.
